 Our products have been tested and formulated for all skin types and ages.

I have sensitive skin will this product irritate me?

As with all skin care products it is recommended you do a patch test. However, we only use organic, non irritating products that make even the most sensitive skin happy.

How do I apply the Shower Oil?

Apply directly after a shower or bath. Apply liberally all over the body. Dry off as normal. Remember a little goes a long way.

Due to the nature of our products and schedule we are unable to acknowledge refunds/cancellation requests. Please double check your order before checking out. However if you have any questions or concerns about an order, please send an email along with your order number to xovovelvet@gmail.com

Damages and issues

If you received a damaged product or missing an item from your order please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. Send an email to xovovelvet@gmail.com please include 3 clear pictures of damaged item as well as your order number. Any emails received outside of the 2 day window cannot be acknowledged.
